The 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) concluded on September 21 in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The event hosted a series of forums and economic and trade negotiation activities aimed at strengthening regional synergy and enhancing cooperation in industrial and supply chains between China and ASEAN member states.
This year's expo featured a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence. A dedicated AI-themed pavilion made its debut, bringing together nearly 200 leading companies and innovative forces in the field — including Huawei and Alibaba Cloud — to showcase cutting-edge applications and solutions. The first China-ASEAN Ministerial Forum on Artificial Intelligence was also held, providing a platform for high-level dialogue on the future of intelligent technology. Additionally, several advanced AI products made their debut, drawing great attention from attendees.

The expo also featured the release of the Report on the Development of Industrial and Supply Chain Cooperation Among ASEAN Plus Three Countries. It calls for enhanced institutional coordination and rules alignment to build a more stable, efficient, and green regional industrial and supply chain system.
