The World Health Organization is warning of a new wave of mosquito-borne diseases that have spread from the Indian Ocean to Asia. In Brazil, scientists are fighting back with the opening of a new mosquito breeding facility which could make a difference around the world. CGTN correspondent Lucrecia Franco reports.
