Stringer Dispatch: Rescue operations underway in Mandalay, Myanmar, after quake

A magnitude-7.7 earthquake struck Myanmar on March 28, according to the local government. Myanmar declared a state of emergency in multiple regions following the earthquake. At least 144 people have been killed, and 732 have been injured. CGTN Stringer captured exclusive footage of massive infrastructure damage, collapsed houses and local rescue efforts in the hard-hit city of Mandalay after the quake.
